Speech Language Pathologist
Theresa Shuck, MS, CCC-SLP, is a Washington State licensed and nationally certified speech-language pathologist based in Mountlake Terrace. She has 10 years working with children 18 months-6 years old and pediatric speech therapy is her passion.
Theresa strives to provide quality evidence-based interventions and is eager to support your child on their journey to becoming a confident and effective communicator. Her therapy is play based and focuses on your child’s individual strengths.
Areas of expertise include Gestalt Language Processing, echolalia (also known as scripting), articulation and phonology, expressive/receptive language delays, Augmentative Alternative Communication, and so much more!
Theresa is a Neurodiverse Affirming therapist and has extensive training and experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum, Gestalt Language Processors, and preverbal students. She has experience working with school districts on IEPs, Evaluations, and delivering evidence-based therapy.
The clinic is easily accessible to all of Snohomish County and north King County. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) demonstrating an advanced level of knowledge, skill, and expertise. Theresa received a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from The University of North Texas in 2013.
